Bluey (Incognito)

Jean-Paul ‘Bluey’ Maunick will mix with his friend Gilles Peterson during an evening of feverish groove. A pioneer of British acid-jazz, Bluey founded the iconic band Incognito in 1979, with whom he released eighteen studio albums and played five concerts at the Montreux Jazz Festival. The guitarist, composer and producer has also collaborated with Stevie Wonder, George Benson and Paul Weller. Gilles Peterson and Bluey recently formed the duo STR4TA, with whom they have released two albums in tribute to 1980s Brit-funk.
