Mareille Merck
Mareille Merck discovered her passion for the guitar and jazz at the age of 14. Four years later, in 2014, she won the prestigious German Jugend Musiziert competition in the Pop Guitar category. The German musician now lives in Zurich where she is active on the Swiss jazz scene. Leader and composer of the group Larus with Florian Bolliger (bass) and Janic Haller (drums), she also shares the stage with musicians such as Nicole Johänntgen, Peter Schärli and Pius Baschnagel.
