Born in France, raised in Leipzig, and now based in Bern, singer and musician Sonia Loenne brings her solo project Aino Salto to life. With Imagine People as Adolescent Birds, a bold and conceptual debut album oscillating between bittersweet pop and jazz inflections, Sonia Loenne tackles uncomfortable themes with dark humor. Her music offers a fragile yet combative world, where irony and tenderness intertwine under complex, energetic arrangements. On stage, she is joined by Paul Butscher (flugelhorn), Luzius Schuler (keys), Tabea Kind (double bass) and Eddy Sonnenschein (drums).
