Conditions of sale

Change of programme, cancellation, and refund

Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All announced artists have confirmed their participation. Cancellations or programme changes are still possible and will be announced via our website, our social networks and our newsletter.

In case of a change of programme or schedule, the Montreux Jazz Artists Foundation reserves the right to decide, depending on the circumstances, to refund tickets up to the price mentioned on the ticket (excluding a flat fee of CHF 5.00 for each ticket in accordance with the recommendations of the Swiss Music Promoters Association).

In the event of cancellation of an entire concert, tickets will be refunded up to the price indicated on the ticket (CHF 5.00 cancellation fee per ticket in accordance with the recommendations of the Swiss Music Promoters Association).

If a concert is interrupted for more than half of the planned duration, the ticket will not be refunded or exchanged.

Postponements

If a concert is postponed to a new date, the tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. Ticket holders will have the option of keeping their ticket for the new date or receiving a refund in accordance with the relevant deadlines and processes. Information will be sent to ticket holders by email. Once the deadline has passed, requests will no longer be considered.

Loss or theft of a ticket

In the event of loss or theft of a ticket, any claim for reimbursement or replacement is excluded.

Conditions of Access

For safety reasons, children under 6 years of age are not allowed to attend the concerts. All ticket holders under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any problems arising from a breach of this rule.
