Theo Croker
Theo Croker, the grandson of famed trumpeter Doc Cheatham, has established himself as a leading figure in contemporary jazz. A collaborator of Dee Dee Bridgewater, Jill Scott, and rapper J. Cole, Croker is known for his versatility, melodic sensibility, and innovative musical approach. The trumpeter performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2017. Since then, the Florida native has been Grammy-nominated for his album Star People Nation and continues to explore new horizons, blending post-bop, spiritual vibes, and cosmic sounds.
