How to access the Autumn of Music event?

1. Download the SocialPass SocialPass application
2. Register on the application
3. Scan the SocialPass QR code upon arrival
4. Log out of the event upon departure

Please note:

1. Registering to SocialPass ensures the traceability and security of everyone but does not guarantee a reserved place.
2. For the Swiss Talent Spotlight concerts and the  Montreux Jazz Academy Concert, it is however possible to reserve seats directly on this page.

We ask our public to:

• Wear a mask as soon as you enter the Montreux Palace. It is possible to take off your mask once you are seated at your table.
• Refrain from attending the event if you are unwell or have any doubts about your health (see more details on the symptoms of COVID-19);
• Carry out as many barrier gestures as possible, i.e. to maintain a safety distance of 1.5 metres, to disinfect your hands as regularly as possible, and to give preference to card and contactless payment.

We also remind you that by participating in the event you accept:

• The risk of being below the physical distance of 1.5 meters with other participants;
• To provide your contact information at the time of registration and to submit to a quarantine if close contact with people with COVID-19 is established during the event;
• That the festival communicates the personal data of the participants of the event if a case of COVID-19 occurs. The data will be deleted 14 days after the end of the event. The data will not be used for marketing purposes.

The cantonal authorities require to take the coordinates of our public in order to guarantee the traceability in case of infection with Covid-19. We opted for the SocialPass app. Your data will be stored in a secure system that only the competent authorities will be able to consult if necessary. The data will be automatically erased after 14 days. At no time will we be able to use this data.
